CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember/Commissioner Matarrese moved approval of the Consent
Calendar.
Vice Mayor/Commissioner deHaan seconded the motion, which carried
by unanimous voice vote – 4. [Absent: Councilmember/Commissioner
Tam – 1.] [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated by an asterisk
preceding the paragraph number.]
(*09-312 CC/*09-25 CIC) Minutes of the Special Joint City Council
and CIC Meeting held on July 7, 2009. Approved.
(*09-26 CIC) Recommendation to Approve First Amendment to the
Disposition and Development Agreement with Alameda Entertainment
Associates, L.P., Relating to the Ground Lease and Historic Theatre
Lease; Subordination Agreement Between the Community Improvement
Commission of the City of Alameda, Alameda Entertainment
Associates, L.P., and Bay Area Employment Development Company; and
Authorize the Executive Director to Execute and Record a Memorandum
of First Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement and
Notice for Request of Default. Accepted.
