Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor/Chair Gilmore
announced regarding Labor, the Human Resources Director provided a briefing and
Council provided direction; regarding Emplovment, Council discussed employment of
the City Manager; regarding Propertv, the Council/Commission provided direction;
regarding Siqnificant exposure, Council provided direction to staff; regarding Initiation,
Council provided direction; and regarding Existinq Litiqation, Council provided direction
to staff regarding defendant, Alameda United School District.
Adiournment
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Gilmore adjourned the meeting at 7:12
p.m.
