MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL JOINT CITY COUNCIL AND
SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT
COMMISSION (SACIC) OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA MEETING
MONDAY- -JANUARY 14, 2013- -6:59 P.M.
Mayor/Chair Gilmore convened the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
ROLL CALL – Present: Councilmembers / Commissioners Chen, Daysog,
Ezzy Ashcraft, Tam and Mayor/Chair Gilmore – 5.
Absent: None.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS, NON-AGENDA

CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember/Commissioner Tam moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Vice Mayor/Commissioner Ezzy Ashcraft seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote – 5. [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated by an asterisk
preceding the paragraph number.]
(13-011 CC/13-003 SACIC) Minutes of the Special Joint City Council, City of Alameda
Financing Authority, and SACIC Meeting Held on December 18, 2012. Approved.
(13-004 SACIC) Recommendation to Approve a Form of Gas Pipeline Easement
Agreement between the Northern California Power Association and the Successor
Agency to the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda for a
Portion of a Gas Pipeline at the Former Fleet Industrial Supply Center and Authorize the
City Manager to Execute the Agreement; and
(13-012 CC) Recommendation to Approve a Form of Gas Pipeline Easement
Agreement between the Northern California Power Association and the City of Alameda
for a Portion of a Gas Pipeline at the Former Fleet Industrial Supply Center and
Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement. Accepted.
