MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
of the ALAMEDA REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Wednesday- January 4, 2006- 6:40 P.M.
Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 6:10 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Boardmembers deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese, Daysog
and Chair Johnson – 5.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR:
Property: Alameda Naval Air Station
Negotiating parties: ARRA and Auctions by the Bay, Inc.
Under negotiation: Price and Terms
Staff briefed the ARRA on the status of negotiations. The ARRA provided directions to
the real property negotiators.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:55
p.m.
