of the ALAMEDA REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 6:55 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Boardmembers deHaan, Matarrese, Daysog and Chair

Absent: Member Gilmore
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR:
Property: Alameda Naval Air Station
Negotiating parties: ARRA and US Navy
Under negotiation: Price and Terms
ARRA received a briefing from its Real Property Negotiator and gave directions.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:35
p.m.
