MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
of the ALAMEDA REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Wednesday, December 6 2006- 6:15 p.m.
Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 6:25 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Boardmembers deHaan, Matarrese, Gilmore, Daysog
and Chair Johnson – 5.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session at 7:00 p.m. to consider:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR:
Property: Alameda Naval Air Station
Negotiating parties: ARRA and Alameda Point Community Partners
Under negotiation: Price and Terms
ARRA staff provided the ARRA with facts and background information regarding disputes
with Trident Management Inc., our port managers. Direction given to staff. Nothing more
to report at this time.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:12
p.m.
