MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
of the ALAMEDA REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Tuesday, May 8, 2007- 6:15 p.m.
Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 6:25 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Boardmembers deHaan, Matarrese, Gilmore, Tam and
Chair Johnson – 5.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR:
Property: Alameda Naval Air Station
Negotiating parties: ARRA and Navy (Coast Guard Housing at North Village)
Under negotiation: Price and Terms
ARRA received a briefing from its Real Property Negotiators regarding potential
acquisition of Coast Guard Housing and gave direction to negotiators.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION
Name of Case: Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals Case No. 54684.
ARRA received a briefing from its legal counsel and provided direction on negotiating
parameters.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:05
p.m.
