MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
of the ALAMEDA REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Wednesday, February 6, 2008- 7:01 p.m.
Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 7:55 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Boardmembers deHaan, Matarrese, Gilmore, Tam and
Chair Johnson – 5.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR:
Property: Alameda Naval Air Station
Negotiating parties: ARRA and Navy
Under negotiation: Price and Terms
The ARRA was briefed and discussed price and terms. The Board provided instruction
to staff. No action was taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the Special Meeting at 8:35
p.m.
