MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
of the ALAMEDA REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 6:25 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Boardmembers deHaan, Matarrese, Gilmore, Tam and
Chair Johnson – 5.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (54956.8):
Property: Alameda Point
Negotiating parties: ARRA and SunCal
Under negotiation: Price and Terms
The Executive Director discussed price and terms regarding Alameda Point. No action was
taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:30
p.m.
