MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
of the ALAMEDA REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Tuesday, September 24, 2009 - 6:45 p.m.
Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Boardmembers deHaan, Matarrese, Gilmore, Tam and
Chair Johnson – 5.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (54956.8):
Property: Alameda Point
Negotiating parties: ARRA and SunCal
Under negotiation: Price and Terms
The ARRA received a briefing from its Real Property Negotiator regarding the status of
negotiations on a Disposition and Development Agreement and direction was given to the
Real Property Negotiator.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the Special Meeting at 8:30
p.m.
