of the ALAMEDA REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 6:45 p.m.

The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (54956.8):
Property: Alameda Point
Negotiating parties: ARRA and SunCal
Under negotiation: Price and Terms
The ARRA Board provided instruction to the Real Property Negotiator.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:50
p.m.
