MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -MARCH 10, 2015- -5:30 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 5:30 p.m.
Roll Call – Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie
and Mayor Spencer – 5.
\[Note: Councilmember Daysog arrived at 5:36 p.m.\]
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(15-173) Public Employee Appointment/Hiring; Pursuant to Government Code Section
54957; Title/Description of position to be filled: City Manager
Following the Closed Session the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Spencer
announced the Council voted unanimously to offer the Interim City Manager position to
Assistant City Manager Liz Warmerdam; the position is effective upon Mr. Russo’s last
date to serve until a new City Manager is appointed; the offer was accepted; the formal
contract will be brought to Council in open session for approval.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 6:40 p.m.
