APPOINTING STEPHANIE SHIPS AS A MEMBER OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
California Health and Safety Code 34270, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Stephanie Shipe is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Housing
Authority Board of Commissioners of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term
of Nan Joesten commencing May 19, 2015, and expiring on June 30, 2016, and to
serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 19th day of May, 2015, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese,
Oddie and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
