APPOINTING KATHLEEN KEARNEY AS A MEMBER OF THE
LIBRARY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant Alameda
Municipal Code Section 2-10.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Kathleen Kearney is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Library Board of the City of Alameda
commencing September 15, 2015, and expiring on June 30, 2019, and to serve until a
successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 15th day of September, 2015, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie
and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
