AMENDING THE CITY OF ALAMEDA EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
(EXME) COMPENSATION PLAN TO ELIMINATE THE
CLASSIFICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
effective October 3, 2015, the Council hereby amends the Executive
Management Compensation Plan to eliminate the Administrative Services
Director classification.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular
meeting assembled on the 1st day of September, 2015, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie and
Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
