APPROVING WORKFORCE CHANGES IN THE HUMAN
RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, in order to provide efficient and effective oversight of the Human
Resources Department and ensure comprehensive and coordinated provision of all
Human Resources services and functions, the following workforce changes are
proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda that following workforce changes are approved and that the City's
authorized positions are so modified:
Human Resources Department
a. Eliminate one Administrative Services Director position
b. Add one Human Resources Director position
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular
meeting assembled on the 15t day of September, 2015, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie
and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
