APPOINTING WENDI POULSON AS TRUSTEE OF THE ALAMEDA
COUNTY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda appoints one member to the Alameda County
Mosquito Abatement District Board every two years, and
WHEREAS, Wendi Poulson has been interviewed and recommended by Mayor
Trish Herrera Spencer to represent the City of Alameda on the Alameda County Mosquito
Abatement District Board.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA THAT Wendi
Poulson be, and she is hereby, appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees of the
Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District, to represent the City of Alameda, for a two -
year term beginning November 1, 2015 and ending January 2, 2018.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution be forwarded to
the Board of Trustees of the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting
assembled on the 20th day of October, 2015, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese,
Oddie and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
