APPOINTING KENJI TAMAOKI AS A MEMBER OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant California
Health and Safety Code Section 34270, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Kenji
Tamaoki is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Housing Authority Board of
Commissioners of the City of Alameda commencing October 20, 2015, and expiring on
June 30, 2017, to fill the unexpired term of Nan Joesten and to serve until a successor is
appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 20th day of October, 2015, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie
and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
