APPOINTING CHRISTOPHER GRIFFITHS AS A TENANT MEMBER OF THE
RENT REVIEW ADVISORY COMMITTEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant Alameda
Municipal Code Section 2-23.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Christopher Griffiths
is hereby appointed to the office of Tenant Member of the Rent Review Advisory
Committee of the City of Alameda commencing December 1, 2015, and expiring on June
30, 2017, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the lst day of December, 2015, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie
and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
