MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
MONDAY- -NOVEMBER 9, 2015- -11:00 A.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 11:12 p.m.
Roll Call – Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie
and Mayor Spencer – 5.
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(15-673) Public Employee Appointment/Hiring (Government Code Section 54957);
Title/description of position to be filled: City Manager
Following the Closed Session the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Spencer
announced that the City Council conducted interviews, gave direction to staff and gave
direction to have panels conduct interviews.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 5:19 p.m.
