DECLARING PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE
ACQUISITION OF (CERTAIN LANDS FOR PUN= STREET AND
HICTMUI PURPOSES.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY C F ALAMEDA, and said Council hereby
finds and deteraines that the ublab interest and. necessity require tho abquisition

acquisition of said lots, pieces or parcels of land, and that the Mayor be,
and he is hereby, instructed, authorized and directed, for and on behalf of
said City and. its City Council, to subscribe to and verify a. complaint in
the Superior Court of said Alameda County for the condemnation of said lots,
pieces or parcels of land for public street and.. highway surasses.
