ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR PRINTING 400-500 COPIES
OF ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE, AS AMENDED, IN LOOSE LEAF
BINDERS, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING THE CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE THE SAME
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAM•DA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda 400-500 printed copies of the
Alameda Municipal Code, as amended, in loose leaf binders, No MS 12-46-15, filed
in the office of the City Clerk on December 3d, 1946, be, and the same are hereby,
approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. M. on Tuesday, the 7th day of
January, 1947, for the furnishing to the City of 400-500 printed copies of the
Alameda Municipal Code, as amended, in loose leaf binders, in accordance with said
Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the
City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the
outside, "Proposal for Printing Alameda Municipal Code", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of
the Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and
best bid. The right is reserved. to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution
and of said Specifications and Provisions®

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of December, 1946, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Osborn, Sweeney and President Branscheid, (4).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: Councilman Jones, (1).
