RESOLUTION NO. 430
RESC INDING RESOLUTION NO. 3423
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda did, on the 19th day of
946, adopt Resolution No. 3423, Granting to the Harbor Tug & Barge
Company Permission to Sublet a Portion of the Property Held by it Under Lease
from the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, the property to be so sublet was irnproperly described in
said resolution.;
NOW, T_ TEFOR' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF
ALAMEDA that said Resolution No. 3423 be and the same is, hereby rescinded.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of December, 1946, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Osborn, Sweeney and President Branscheid, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Jones, (1).
