CREATING A SPECIAL FUND TO BE .'OWN AS
THE "PARKING METER OPERATIONAL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that there is
hereby created a special fund to be known as the "Parking Meter Operational
Fund," which fund shall be the depositary for all moneys received by the City
from the'operation of the parking meters.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer and City Auditor be,
and they are, hereby authorized and directed to make the necessary entries upon
the books of their respective offices.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adobted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of December, 1946, by the following
vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Osborn, Sweeney and President Branscheid, (4).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: Councilman Jones, (1).
