ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR OPERATING REFRESHMENT
CONCESSION IN WASHINGTON PARK, LINCOLN PARK AND
KRUSI PARK FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING, JANUARY 1,
1947, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1947, CALLING FOR
BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the specifications
filed in the office of the City Clerk December 17, 1946, No. MS 12-46-16, for
operating refreshment concession in Washington Park, Lincoln Park, and in Krusi
Park, in the City of Alameda, California, for the period commencing January 1,
1947, and ending December 31, 1947, be, and the same are hereby, approved and
adopted.
RESOLVED, FURT R, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock, P. M., on Tuesday, January 7, 1947,
for the privilege of operating refreshment concession in Washington Park, Lincoln
Park, and in Krusi Park, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with said specifi-
cations. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, in Alameda
California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside "Proposal for
Park Concession," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder who
he highest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all
submit
bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
tar, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said specifications.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of December, 1946, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branscheid, (5).
NOES: Nene,
ABSENT: None.
