WEEEEAS, the City of Alameda, pursuant to authorization contained in.
Resolution No. 3267 adopted by this Council or January 2, 1946,filed with the
Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community Facilities, an application for a loan
of Federal funds for the ourucse of planking the Culverts and Storm. Water Dis-
posal Systems of the City of Alameda, said. application. being filed under the
terms of the War Mobilization and Reconversion, Act; of 1944, Title V Thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Bureau of Community Facilities of the Federal Works Agency .
is prepared. to enter into an agreement with. the City to advance. the sum of 44,200.
for the aforesaid .. purposes and has submitted. an Agreement and Public Voucher for
Advance, BCF Form 405, stating the terms and conditions under which. payments pur-
suant thereto will, be made to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard. read said agreement in full and is
familiar with the contents thereof and the form of said agreement has been filed

NOW, THEIG:, BE IT RESCINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the form. of agreement hereinabove referred. to, and the termsand...-onditions
thereof be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted.

hereby, authorized and directed to execute and the City Ole iN. be, and he is
hereby, authorized. and directed to attest and certify an agreement substantially
in the form and containing the terms and conditions set forth in the form of
agreement filed with. the City Cjerk, as aforesaid.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of January, 1947, by the following
vote, to wit:
