TO ADVERTISE SAME
RESOLTM BY THE COUNCIL OF TTIE CITY OF ALATEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing CRUSHER RUN BASE to the City of Alameda for the
fiscal year ending June 30, 1947, No MS 1-47-2, be, and the same are hereby,
approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FUR_ that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock, P. N., on Tuesday, the 21st day of
January, 1947, for the furnishing to the City of CRUSITER RUN BASE, in accordance
with said specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly
marked on the outside, uProposal for Crusher _Run Base", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of
the Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and
best bids
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and provisions.
