RESCINDING RESOLUTION FO. 3276
WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Alameda did, on the 5th day
of February, 1946, adopt Resolution No. 3276, entit2ed: "Authorizing City
Manager to make application to State Director of Finance on behalf of the
City of Alameda for State assistance in defraying cost of acquisition of
right-of-way for Buena Vista. Avenue re-alignment at „)Iverett Street (Project
No. 47-A-1)"; and
WHEREAS, the s of money stated in said Resolution No 76 is
in excess of the sum required for the purposes set forth in said resolution;
