RESOLUTION NO. 3479
ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL FUND OF THE CITY OF ALA
TO BE KNOWN AS "FEDERAL POST-WAR PLANNING FUND NO
4-P-466. (STORE DRAINS EAST OE VERSAILLES AVE'
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3451 adopted by this Council on January
7, 1947, the City of Alameda catered into an Agreement and. Public Voucher
for Advance, I3CF Form 405, with the Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community
Facilities, for a loan of 7ederal funds for the purpose of planning the cul-
verts and storm water disposal systems of the City of Alameda; said Agreement
and Public Voucher for Advance, BCF Form 405, being entered into pursuant to
the terms of the War Mobilization and Reconversion Act of 1944, Title V thereof;
and.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance
BCF :'orm 405, the said Federal 'Torks Agency, 3ureau of Community Facilities,
has advanced to the City of Alaraeda the SH. of ',5,050.00; and
V,e1REAS, a further s not to exceed ;?5,050.001 may be paid to the
City of Alameda by said Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community Facilities;
and
IIIEREAS, said total sum of not to exceed 101100.00, provided to
be paid to said City of Alameda p suant to said Agreement and Public Voucher
for Advance, BCF Form 405, shall be expended in plans for culverts and storm
water disposal systems in that part of the City of Alameda lying east of but
not including Versailles Avenue;

that there be, and is hereby, created and established a special fund of the
City of Alameda, which fund shall be known as "Federal Post-War Planning F d
No. 4-P-466. (Storm Drains East of Versailles Avenue)".
BE IT -1112riEP. RESOLVED that all moneys received by the City of
Alameda from the Federal Works Arency, 3ureau of Community Facilities, pursuant
to the provisions of said Agreement and. Public Voucher for _Advance, BCF Form
405, with the 7ederal /orks Afreency, Bureau of Community Facilities, be deposited
in the City Treasury to the credit of said Federal Post-'"ar Planning Fund No
4-P-466. (Storm Drains 'Nast of Versailles Avenue), and that all moneys in, said
fund shall be expended only for the purposes authorized by said Agreement and
public Voucher for Advance, BCF Form 405, and may be appropriated from time
to time.
The Auditor and Treasurer of the City are hereby authorized and
directed to set up and maintain in their respective offices such accounting
records as will at all times show the receipts, disbursements and unexpended
balance in said fund.
