RESOLUTION NO 3481
ESTABLISTUNG A SPECIAL FUND OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA TO BE
KNOWN AS "FEDERAL POST-WAR PLANNING FUND NO. 4-P-468.
(STORM DRAINS SOUTH OF CENTRAL TO VERSAILLES AVET
-WHEREAS, by Resolution No 3453 adopted by this Council on January
7, 1947, the City of Alameda entered into an Agreement and Public Voucher
for Advance, BCF Form 405, with the Federal Works Agency, flureau of Co .unity
Facilities, for a loan of Federal f ds for the purpose of planning the cul-
verts and storm water disposal systems of the City of Alameda, said Agreement
and Public Voucher for Advance, BCF Form 405, being entered into p suant to
the terms of the War Mobilization and Reconversion Act of 1944, Title V thereof;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance,
BCF Form 405, the said Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Comm ity Facilities,
has advanced to the city of Alameda the s of 31,300.00; and
WHEREAS, a further sum, not to exceed 41,300.00, may be paid to the
City of Alameda by said Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community Facilities;
and
WHEREAS said total sum of not to exceed 2,600.00, provided to be
paid to said. City of Alameda pursuant to said Agreement and Public Voucher
for Advance, BCF Form 405, shall be expended in plans for culverts and storm
water disposal systems in that part of the City of Alameda lyinE south of
Central Avenue to and including Versailles Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B TEE COUNCIL OF TEN CITY OF ALAMEDA
that there be, and is hereby, created, and established a special fund of the
City of Alameda, which f .d shall be known as "Federal Post-War Planning Fund
No. 4-P-468. (Storm Drains South of Central Avenue to Versailles Avenue."
BE IT -U1n7-H-EF RESOLVED that all moneys received by the City of
Alameda from the Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community Facilities,
pursuant to the provisions of said Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance,
BCF _Form 405, with the -oderal Works Agency, bureau of Community Facilities,
be deposited in the City Treasury to the credit of said Federal Post-War
Planning Fund No. 4-P-46u. (Storm Drains South of Central Avenue to
Versailles ;'_venue, and that all moneys in said fund shall be expended only
for the purposes authorized by said. Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance,
FCF -,J'orn 405, and may be appropriated from time to time.
The Auditor and Treasurer of the City are hereby authorized and
directed to set up and maintain in their respective offices such accounting
records as will at all times show the receipts, disbursements and unexpended
balance in said f d.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that this resolution shall supersede all
u ions, or portions thereof, in conflict therewith.
