ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL FUND 05 THE CITY OF ALANEDA TO
DE J*NOWN AS "FEDERAL POST-WAR PLANNING FUND NO 4-P-470.
(STORF DRAINS SOUTH OF CENTRAL AVENUE, EAST 07 HIDED
STREET TO PARK AVENUE
'T-TElEAS, by Resolution No. 3455 adopted by this Council on January
7, 1947, the City of Alameda entered into an Agreement and Public Voucher
for Advance, BCF Form 405, with the Federal 'Jerks Agency, Bureau of Comm ity
Facilities, for a loan of Federal funds for the purpose of planning the cul-
verts and storm water disposal systems of the City of Alameda, said Agreement
and. Public Voucher for Advance, BCF Form 405, being entered into pursuant to
the terms of the War Mobilization and Reconversion ftCt of 1944, Title V thereof;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said. Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance,
DOS -Perm 405, the said Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community Facilities,
has advanced to the City of Alameda the s of A3 650 00. and
VIHEREAS, e further s ly not to exceed 83,650.00, may be paid to the
City of Alameda by said Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Co unity Facilities;
and
WHEREAS, said total sum of not to exceed ,300.00, provided to be
paid to said City of Alameda pursuant to said Agreement and. Public Voucher
for Advance, BCF Form 405, shall be expended in plans for culverts and storm
water disposal systems in that part of the City of Alameda lying south of and
inducing Central Jvenue and east of Hibbard Street (extended), to and includ-
ing Park Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT EESOLVED BY Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAI„TEDP, that there be, and is hereby, created and established a special fund
of the City of Alameda, which fund shall be known as "Federal Post-War Plann-
ing Fund No. 4-P-470. (Storm Drains South of Central Avenue, East of Hibbard
Street, to Park Avenue)'
DE IT FURMER RESOLVED that all moneys received by the City of
Alameda from the Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Comm• .ity Facilities, pur-
suant to the provisions of sid. Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance,
BCF Form 405, with the Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community Facilities
be deposited in the City Treasury to the credit of said Federal Post-War
Planning Fund No. 4-P-470. (storm Drains South of Central Avenue, East of
Hibbard Street, to Park Avenue), and that all moneys in said fund. shall be
expended only for the purposes authorized by said Agreement and Public
Voucher for Advance, BCF Form 405, and may be appropriated from time to
time.
The Auditor and Treasurer of the City are hereby authorized and
directed to set up and maintain in their respective offices such accounting
records as will at all times show the receipts 'disbursements and unexpended
balance in said fund.

or portions thereof, in conflict therewith.
