ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL FUND OF TEE CITY OF ALAYEDA TO BE
KNOWN AS "FEDERAL POST-WAR PLANNING FUND NO 4-P-476.
(STOEN DRAINS NORTH OF ATLANTIC AVENTJW AND WEST OF
FIFTH STREE
WHEREAS by Resolution No 3461 adopted by this Council on January
7, 1947, the City of Alameda entered into an Agreement and Public Voucher for
Advance, ICE Form 405, with the Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community
Facilities, for a loan of Federal funds for the purpose of planning the cul-
verts and storm water disposal systems of the City of Alameda, said Agreement
and Public Voucher for Advance, BCF Form 405, being entered into pursuant to
the terms of the 'Tar Mobilization and Reconversion Act of 1944, Titlo V
thereof ; and
M-1=EAS, pursuant to said Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance,
BCE Form 405, the said Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Comm ity Facilities,
has advanced to the City of Alameda the sum of 1,450.00; and
rir',R: A , a further not to exceed ;1,450.00, may be paid to
the City of Alameda by said Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community
Facilities; and
V;HEREAS, said total sum of not to exceed .:‘,2,900.00, provided to
be paid to said City of Alameda pursuant to said Agreement and Public Voucher
for Advance, BCF Form 405, shall be expended in plans for culverts and storm
water disposal systems in that part of the City of Alameda lying north of
Atlantic Avenue Endi west of Eifth Street (extended)
NOW, TEEREFOTIE, EL IT HSOLVED BY TiE COUNCIL OF 1T-.7: CITY 07
ATAT1Dft that there be, and is hereby, created and established a special fund
of the City of Alameda, which fund shall be known as "Federal Post-War Plann-
ing Fund No. 4-P-476. (Storm Drains North of Atlantic Avenue and West of
Fifth street)"
BE IT 7111THER RESOLVED that all moneys received by the City of
Alameda from the Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Comm ity Facilities, pur-
suant to the provisions of said Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance,
BCE Form 405, with the Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community Facilities,
be deposited in the City,Treaury to the credit of said Federal Post-War
planning Fund No. 4-P-476. (Storm Drains North of Atlantic Avenue and
West of Fifth Street), and that all moneys in said fund shall be expended
only for the purposes authorized by said Agreement and Public Voucher
for Advance, BCE Form 405, and may be appropriated from time to time.
The Auditor and Treasurer of the City are hereby authorized and
directed to set up and maintain in their respective offices such accounting
records as will at all times show the receipts, disbursements and expended
balance in said fund.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that this resolution shall supersede all
olutions, or portions thereof, in conflict therewith.

Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of February, 1947, by
