AND TEE RENEWAL THEREOF 33 3 ] 30 / 1944.
WHERELS, at a special nunicipal election. duly and regularly called and
held 1.n the City of Pilameda on, the 5th day. of November, 1946, the electors of said
City duay passed and adopted. Ordinance No. 907, New Series, entitled. "An Ordinance
authorizing the Coun.cil c the City of Alameda to accept the surrenderof and to
cancel a lease of certain tide and. submer7ed lands between the City of Alameda, as
Lessor, and Alaska Packers Association, as Lessee"; and
MIEM)1.1, pursuant to the terms of said ordinance, Alaska Packers Associa-
tion has presented to the City of Alameda a surrender of said. lease dated February
3, 1920, and the renewal thereof dated December 30, 1244, and has requested the
Cou.racil of the City of Alameda te accept the same.
MOW, ThERENEE, BE IT RESOLVED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the said surrender of said lease dated February 5, 1920, andathe renewal
thereef dated Decerber 30, 1944, be, and the same is her&by accepted, subject to
the conditions set forth in said surrender.
