affiSHEAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special Provi- •
sions and. Plans for said work, which. Specifications and. Provisions are numbered
PW 4-47-2 and. were filed in. the office of the City. Clerk of said city on April
15, 1947:

that the aforesaid Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and
filed as aforesaid, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, PURTUER, that the performance and. completion. of the work
specified in. said. Specifications and Provisions be, and. the same is hereby
authorized.

for the work hereinafter referred to, in accordance with said Specifications and.
