APPOINTING TINA LANDESS PETRICH AS A MEMBER OF THE
RENT REVIEW ADVISORY COMMITTEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-23.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Tina
Landess Petrich is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Rent Review
Advisory Committee of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of Thuy
Nguyen for a term commencing March 15, 2016, and expiring on June 30, 2017,
and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 15th day of March, 2016, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese,
Oddie and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.

ABSTENTIONS: None.
