MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -FEBRUARY 16, 2016- -6:30 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 6:38 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Oddie and
Mayor Spencer – 4.
Absent: Vice Mayor Matarrese – 1.
AGENDA ITEM
(16-061) Resolution No. 15118, “Authorizing the Issuance of City of Alameda
Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 13-1 (Alameda Landing Public Improvements)
2016 Special Tax Bonds in an Amount not to Exceed $18,000,000; Approve Certain
Documents in Connection with the Sale and Issuance of the Bonds; and, Authorize the
Interim City Manager or Her Designee to Execute the Documents and Take All Related
Actions in Connection With the Sale and Issuance of th e Bonds.” Adopted.
The Community Development Director gave a brief presentation.
Councilmember Ezzy Ashcraft moved adoption of the resolution.
Councilmember Oddie seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote –

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 6:42 p.m.
