RESOLUTION NO. 3522
RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT TO RECORDATION.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TUE CITY OF ALANEDA that the Grant ef Ease-
ment executed by Alameda County-East Bay Title Insurance Company, a corporation,
conveying to the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, the following de-
scribed strip or parcel of land situated. in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California:
A strip or parcel of land five (5) feet wide parallel
to and lying one (1) foot Southerly and four (4) feet nor-
therly of the following descr'bed line:
To find the point of beginning of said line, commence
at the intersection of the Southerly line of San Antonio
Avenue with the Easterly line of St. Charles Street, as
such street and avenue now exist, running thence South 1*
35' West along the said Easterly line of St. Charles Street
a distance of 710.0 feet; thence South 88* 25' East a dis-
tance of 150.0 feet; thence North l* 35' East a distance
of 80.5 feet to the true point of beginning of the line
herein described; thence South 88* 25' East along said
line a distance of 50.0 feet to a point; said point being
the and of said line.
(All bearings are based on the assumption that the
bearing of St. Charles Street is South 1* 35' West);
acquired by said City as a right of way for a combination storm, drain and sani-
tary sewer, be, and the same is hereby accepted, and said Council, acting for
and on behalf of said qrantee, hereby consents to the recordation of said Thant
of Easement and orders this Resolution to be attached thereto as required by
Section 1158 of the CivT1 Code.
