CREATING A SPECIAL FUND TO 13E KNOWN AS "ENCINAL
AVENUE SANITARY SEWER FUND" AND TRANSFERRING
$1,700.00 FROM CAPITAL OUTLAYS FUND THERETO.
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer system :In Encinal. Avenue requires improvement,
and all work appurtenant thereto; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper that funds be drawn from the Capital
Outlays Fund for the purpose of constructing said sanitary sewer and appurtenant
work;
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that a special fund to be known as "Encinal Avenue Sanitary Sewer
created.

BE IT FURTHR RESOLVED that the sum of $1,700. be, and the same is hereby
transferred from the Capital Outlays Pund of the City of Alameda to said Encinal
Avenue Sanitary Sewer Fund.
The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to create
said spec] al fund and to make the n ary transfers on thelr respective books.
