19482 CALLING FOR BIDE AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK.
TO ADVERTISE SAME
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing:
Item 1: Non Premium. Gasoline:
Item 2: Ethyl Gasoline,
to the City. of Al eda, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1947, and endinG
June 20, 1948, He. ES 5-47-7, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted,
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will re-
ceive sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. M., on Tuesday, the 3rd clay
of June, 1947, for the furnishing to the City of:
Item 1: Non Premiuri Gasoline;
Item 2: Ethyl Gasoline;
in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented.
to the City Clerk, in the City. Hell, Alameda, California, under sealed cover
and plainly narked on the outside, "Proposal for Gasoline", or similar designa-
tion.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of
the Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and
best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all. bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in. the Alameda Timos-
Star, a notice calling For sealed, bids in accordance with. the provisions of
this Resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions.
