RESOLUTION'. NO. 3533
ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS RUE FURNISHING. PAVING
MIXTURES AND AS EMULSIONS TO THE CITY
OF Ai 3313 CALLING- FOR BIDS AND DIRECTINGTHE
CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AIAEEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing:
Item (a) Yedium Suring Plant-mixed Surfacing • Paving Mixtures;
Item. (b) Penetration. Type Asphaltic Emulsions
to the City of Alameda, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1917, and ending
June 30, 1:2148, No. ASS 5-47-10, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted-
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock, P. an Tuesday, the id day of
June, 1947, for the furnishing to the City of
Item. (a) Medium Curing Plant-mixed. Surfacing Paving 11.1xtures;
Item (b) Penetration Type Asphaltic Emulsions,
in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to
the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and
plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Paving. Eixtures and Asphaltic Emul-
sions", or similar desi7lation
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions o33 the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder whe submits the lowest and best
bid_ The right is reserved to reject any .. or all bids.
The City Clerk Is hereby directed. to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
Star, a. notice calling for sealed. bids In accordance with the provisions of this
Resoludi7 on and of said Specifications and Provisions.
