TRANSFERRING, $202078.06 FROM: THE ALCCEICEIS BEVERAGE
CONTROL FUND TN THE GENERAL 1 OF TEE CITY OF
AL4MEDA
WHEREAS, certain moneys have been delivered to and received by the
City of Alameda. from the State of California. and deposited. in the Alcoholic
Beverage Control Fund, pursuant to the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage
Control Act (Statutes of 1935, page 1123, as amended) and the provisions of
Resolution No. 2212, adopted by this Council on December 7 1937; and.
SILEREAS, there has been expanded from the general Fund of the City,
solely for the purposes specified in said Act and in said Resolution, the sam
of $20.i,078.06 in connection with the operation and maintenance o? the Police
Department, and of the Police Court;
NOW, TEERENGRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMED1

that the sum of $2 078.06 be, and, the same is hereby, transferred from the
Alcoholic Beverage Control Funh to the General Fund of the City.
The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby. authoriz. d end. directed to make
said. transfer o..n their respective becks.
