MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -MAY 3, 2016- -5:30 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 5:30 p.m.
Roll Call – Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie
and Mayor Spencer – 5.
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(16-194) Conference with Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation (Pursuant to
Government Code § 54956.9) Case Name: Zachary Ginsburg v. City of Alameda Court:
Superior Court of the State of California, County of Alameda CASE NO: RG15791428
(16-195) Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation; Initiation of litigation
pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 54956.9 of the Government Code; Number of cases: One
(As Plaintiff - City Initiating Legal Action). Not heard.
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Spencer
Announced Direction was given to Staff.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 6:33 p.m.
