BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2 -11.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Thomas Saxby is hereby appointed to the office of registered architect member of
the Historical Advisory Board of the City of Alameda commencing July 1, 2016,
and expiring on June 30, 2020, and to serve until a successor is appointed and
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 21 st day of June, 2016, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese,
Oddie and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
