APPOINTING MILTON FRIEDMAN AS A MEMBER OF THE
RENT REVIEW ADVISORY COMMITTEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-23.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Milton Friedman is hereby appointed to the office of homeowner member of the
Rent Review Advisory Committee of the City of Alameda filling the term of
Suzanne Warner, commencing June 21, 2016, and expiring on June 30, 2019,
and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 21 st day of June, 2016, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese,
Oddie and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
