RESOLUTION NO. 3595
CREATING A SPECIAL FUND TO BE KNOWN AS "WEBSTER
STREET STORM SEWER FUND" AND DEPOSITING THEREIN
464,400. RECEIVED PROM THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA.
WHEREAS, the County of Alameda has paid to the City of Alameda the
of 464,400, to defray the cost of construction of the Webster Street Storm Sewer,
north of Tynan Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that a special fund to be known as "Webster Street Storm Sewer Fund" is hereby
created.
RESOLVED, FURT1ER, that the sum of 64,400. received from the County
of Alameda to defray the cost of construction of the Webster Street Storm Sewer,
north of Tynan Avenue, be and the same is hereby, deposited in said Webster
Street Storm Sewer Fund,
The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to create
said speciai fund and to make the necessary entries on their respective books.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of August, 1947, by the following
vote, to wit:

ABSENT: Councilman Anderson, (1).
