MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -FEBRUARY 7, 2017- -5:30 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 6:16 p.m.
Roll Call – Present: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie, Vella and
Mayor Spencer – 5.
[Note: Councilmember Matarrese arrived at 6:17 p.m.]
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(17-50) Conference with Real Property Negotiators (Pursuant to Government Code § 54956.8);
Property: 1930 Main Street, Alameda, CA 94501; Real Property Negotiators: Jen Ott, Base
Reuse and Transportation Planning Director and Rochelle Wheeler, Transportation Planner;
Parties Represented: Mr. Hi Chi Chen and Mrs. Lena Muy Chiv d.b.a. Hometown Donuts; Issue
Under Negotiation: Real Property Negotiations Price and Terms of Lease
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Spencer
announced direction was given to staff.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 6:56 p.m.
