MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL JOINT CITY COUNCIL
AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE COMMUNITY
IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION (SACIC) MEETING
TUESDAY- -FEBRUARY 7, 2017- -6:59 P.M.
Mayor/Chair Spencer convened the meeting at 7:05 p.m. and led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Ezzy Ashcraft,
Matarrese, Oddie, Vella and Mayor/Chair Spencer –

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS, NON-AGENDA
None.
AGENDA ITEMS
(17-51 CC/17-01 SACIC) Resolution No. 17-05, “Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of
Taxable Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds to Refund Bonds of the Former Community
Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda and Approving Related Documents
and Actions.” Adopted.
The Community Development Director gave a brief presentation.
Councilmember Matarrese moved adoption of the resolution.
Councilmember Ezzy Ashcraft seconded the motion which carried by unanimous voice
vote – 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Spencer adjourned the meeting 7:10 p.m.
