MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -FEBRUARY 21, 2017- -6:15 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 6:17 p.m.
Roll Call – Present: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie, and
Mayor Spencer – 4.
Absent: Vice Mayor Vella – 1.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(17-105) Conference with Legal Counsel - Liability Claims; (Pursuant to Government
Code § 54956.95); Claimant: Murielle Neto; Agency claimed against: City of Alameda
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Spencer
announced that direction was given to staff.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 6:24 p.m.
