REAPPOINTING CHRISTOPHER GRIFFITHS AS A MEMBER OF THE
RENT REVIEW ADVISORY COMMITTEE (TENANT SEAT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2 -23.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Christopher Griffiths is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Rent
Review Advisory (Tenant Seat) of the City of Alameda for the term commencing
July 1, 2017, and expiring on June 30, 2021, and to serve until a successor is
appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 201h day of June, 2017, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie,
Vella and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
