APPOINTING THOMAS MILLS AS A MEMBER OF THE
COMMISSION ON DISABILITY ISSUES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-19.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Thomas Mills is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Commission on
Disability Issues of the City of Alameda for the term commencing July 18, 2017,
and expiring on June 30, 2021, and to serve until a successor is appointed and
qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 18th day of July, 2017, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie,
Vella and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
